Food for the Mind

"The mind is the key to health and happiness and so,
food must be so chosen so that it does not
affect the mind adversely.
Along with Sathwic food, the mind must also
be given a special diet like
Dhyana, Japa, Namasmarana, etc.
to keep it sound and steady."
