This I Believe

Yes, I believe that earth is charged with God;

And I believe that God is everywhere;

And I believe that there is nothing bare of God;

That He is dreaming in the sod;

That He is spilling fragrance to flowers;

That He is motionful in birds and beasts;

And He is worshipful in nuns and priests

\Who chant the hymns and sanctify His hours.
