When Baba and students were sitting by the side of river Liddar near Pehalgam, the village of shepherds in Kashmir, the Lord started speaking on Sri Sankaracharya and his monasteries.
Sri Sankaracharya installed a linga of great spiritual vibrations at Chidambaram. "And now," said Bhagawan, "I shall show you an exact replica of the Chidambara Linga installed by Sankaracharya." And there appeared out of the silvery sand a 3" linga! The linga looked spectacular and made all of them close their eyes in reverential worship - worship of Bhagawan, the Shiva-Shakti incarnation.
"This is all tamasa - fun!" He later remarked. For Him, the Lord of the Universe, these are trifles.
