Abhaya Hasta

Sri P. Kalyan Charan Teja, an alumnus of SSSIHL, Brindavan Campus, shared the experience of Bhagawan's Love that cured his sister.

In 1986, his sister used to fall sick very frequently in spite of all types of medication.  His parents were extremely anxious about their daughter's health.  They took her to Nizam's Institute of Medical Sciences for treatment, and she was diagnosed as having many holes in the heart, which was the reason for her sickness.  The doctors suggested a heart operation.  The parents, naturally, were perturbed and they prayed fervently to Bhagawan for His Grace.

The night before the operation day, Bhagawan appeared in the father's dream and blessed with His Abhaya Hasta.  The smile on Bhagawan's face in the dream, lifted the drooping heart of the father.

The next day the parents were waiting anxiously outside the operation theatre.  Prior to the operation, the doctor had told the  father that the operation would take a few hours.  However, after an hour, the doctor came out of the operation theatre and informed the parents that the operation had been successfully completed.  The doctor gave the added information that since some of the holes in the heart were already covered, there were only a few left for the doctors to cover; hence the surgery was completed earlier than anticipated.

Later, the parents along with their daughter came to Prasanthi Nilayam to offer their gratitude to Bhagawan and take His blessings.  During Darshan hour, Bhagawan came very near to the father and blessed him with the same Abhaya Hasta and the same smile on His face, with which He assured him in the dream.

The whole family knew in their heart of hearts that the Divine Doctor alone had cured the girl.  Indeed, life with Sai is hope without end - whereas life without Sai is a hopeless end.
