"There are four ways of chanting the Lord's name.
One is through song (Kirtana).
Then there is community singing (Sankirtan).
Another is meditating on the Divine (Dhyaana).
The fourth is contemplation of the form of the Divine.
In all these, meditating on the name is basic."
