No one brings any wealth with him from his mother's womb,
He carries nothing with him when he leaves the world.
Even a millionaire can eat only ordinary food
and cannot subsist on a diet of gold.
One may wax arrogance over one's accumulated wealth,
But nothing of it will accompany him,
And in the end the wealth may fall into the hands of
thieves or go to the State.
Realise that the only thing that is permanent is the spirit.
