Long back, among the east and west,
There was a clash, as to who is best.
After searching inward and outward,
Many interesting facts were put forward.
The Cosmic Game was ready for play,
Powers of Celestial Beings were at display.
Thousand hooded serpent, with all its strength,
Carried the brilliant solar entity "very earth".
Lord Shiva placed the mighty serpent around His neck,
And from a distance, Adishesha was found to be a mere speck.
One arrow killed the ferocious Ravana,
Who lifted the very Shiva's abode Mount Kailasha.
And it is Lord Rama, who used that fatal arrow,
To put an end to the slavery and sorrow.
In the end Hanman had a unique art,
By immense devotion, He encaged Lord Rama in His heart.
In comparison Hanuman was unaware of His powers,
Yet, devotion in Him proved so victorious.
Hail to the Glory of Hanuman,
A shining example to every human!
