Roots of Wisdom - Oneself and Others

Though one should tolerate the mistakes and faults of others,

He should not tolerate his own.

Though one should endure his own difficulty and disgrace,

He should not endure that of others.

In relations with others, one should abide by what is right.  One must endure one's own difficulties and with resolve overcome them.  When others are in need, one should extend a helping hand.
