The Lord to the Rescue

Once Rama Sarma and his wife from Andhra visited Puttaparthi for Bhagawan's Darshan.  They brought in two little children, a five year old girl and a three year old boy along with them.  During one Bhajan session, the Sarmas were singing bhajans inside the Mandir while their children were playing outside.  Suddenly Baba, who was the lead singer, stopped singing and swooned to the ground.  Everyone was shocked when some villagers rushed inside the Mandir shouting that two children had fallen into the well in front of the Mandir.

The Sarmas were more shocked to hear this and ran out of the Mandir.  Their children were missing from the verandah where they were supposed to have been playing silently.  They began to shout Sai Ram, Sai Ram.  Everybody rushed to the well.  They found the children completely drenched but safe outside the well.  Evidently they had fallen into the well and had been rescued.  By this time, Baba had resumed singing.  So they all went in and joined Him in singing.

After the Arati was over, Baba explained how He had gone to the well in subtle form and brought the children out of the well!
